Pritam (Raman) Sharma is a respected public servant whose career reflects leadership, integrity, and a lasting commitment to inclusion. He dedicated 32 years of distinguished service to the Winnipeg Police Service, making a meaningful impact on law enforcement and community relations in Manitoba. As the first police officer from India to serve with the Winnipeg Police Service, he broke important racial and cultural barriers and helped expand what representation in public service could look like.
