Multicultural Day 2025: A Celebration of Culture, Community, and Connection
On Saturday, June 28th, 2025, the Black Manitobans Chamber of Commerce (BMCC) proudly hosted Multicultural Day, a vibrant, family-friendly BBQ event that brought together community members from all walks of life for a day filled with joy, flavor, and meaningful connections.
From 10 AM to 2 PM, the event space buzzed with activity. The aroma of grilled food filled the air as children ran freely, laughing and playing with water guns, kicking around soccer balls, and enjoying the playground with their friends. Parents and caregivers relaxed nearby, enjoying well-earned time with their kids, soaking in the sunshine, and chatting with new and familiar faces.

The heart of the day was the BBQ. It served up delicious eats and created the perfect setting for cross-cultural conversations. Laughter echoed as people gathered around picnic tables, sharing stories, building connections, and celebrating the rich diversity that makes our communities thrive.
