OCTOBER NEWSLETTER 2024
Upcoming Event: Domestic Violence Awareness Month – November 2024.
November is recognized as Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness about the impact of domestic violence in our communities and supporting those affected. Throughout the month, the Black Manitobans Chamber of Commerce (BMCC) will join forces with community leaders, advocates, and organizations to promote education, prevention, and support efforts in addressing this critical issue.
Our goal is to foster open discussions about domestic violence, advocate for the safety and empowerment of survivors, and contribute to creating a community free from violence. We encourage everyone to participate in activities and events aimed at increasing awareness, providing resources, and supporting local organizations dedicated to ending domestic violence.
